Minnesota Recovery Developmental Center was founded on a simple but powerful belief — that every child, regardless of their challenges, has the potential to grow, learn, and thrive. What began as a vision to bring high-quality, compassionate EIDBI care to Minnesota families has grown into a center that touches the lives of children and families across our great state.
We have seen firsthand how early, intensive intervention can transform a child's life. We've watched children who once struggled to communicate begin to express themselves with confidence. We've seen kids who found the world overwhelming start to engage with it with curiosity and joy. These moments — big and small — are why we do what we do.
Our team of dedicated professionals brings together expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis, early childhood development, and family support. But beyond credentials, what sets us apart is our heart. We treat every child like family. We listen to parents. We celebrate every milestone, no matter how small.
Today, Minnesota Recovery Developmental Center continues to grow — guided by our founding values of compassion, excellence, and inclusion. We are proud to serve the diverse communities of Minnesota, and we remain committed to one goal: helping every child reach their brightest future. 🌟
Every plan starts and ends with the child's individual needs

Evidence-based, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis therapy designed around each child's unique strengths and goals.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the gold standard in autism treatment and is recognized by leading medical organizations as one of the most effective therapies for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). ABA uses positive reinforcement to help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
At Minnesota Recovery Developmental Center, our ABA therapy is never one-size-fits-all. Every program is carefully designed around your child's individual strengths, needs, and goals — and updated regularly as they grow and progress.
A thorough evaluation to understand your child's current skills, challenges, and family priorities.
Our BCBA designs a personalized treatment plan with measurable goals tailored to your child.
Skilled therapists deliver engaging sessions using positive reinforcement in home or community settings.
We track progress with data, adjust goals regularly, and celebrate every milestone.
We help children develop verbal and non-verbal communication, including speech, picture exchange, and AAC devices — so every child has a voice.
Children learn to interact with peers and adults, take turns, make eye contact, and build meaningful friendships in a supportive environment.
From dressing and hygiene to mealtime and routines — we help children build independence to thrive at home and in the community.
We identify the root causes of challenging behaviors and replace them with positive, functional alternatives using compassionate strategies.
We prepare children for success in classroom settings by building attention, following instructions, and peer interaction skills.
Parents and caregivers are active partners in ABA therapy. We provide training so families can reinforce progress at home every day.
Yes! ABA therapy is covered under Minnesota's EIDBI benefit through Medical Assistance (MA/Medicaid) for eligible children under 21 with ASD or related conditions. Contact us today and we'll help you navigate the eligibility and enrollment process.
